We had lots of drama trying to sort out our travel plans before we went though, until I found John and Silvana's web site, that is. Then it was all smooth sailing. Being able to chat directly with Silvana via Skype made it so easy. Silvana and her staff were extremely helpful and demonstrated their integrity in how they dealt with us. Next time I will just go straight to them and save a lot of headache. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Thanks guys.
