The brainchild of Wahid Ghazal, a successful travel professional with more than 30 years of experience, the new company was established in response to the high volume of email traffic from travel service providers blasting out advertising specials. Through Your Holiday Promotions, local merchants can instead display special travel product in a central marketplace where anyone can review their offers, still with no middlemen or transaction fees.
“Emails are a very efficient and low-cost way to sell – and a lot of the offers I receive are great – but they upset recipients who don’t like receiving unsolicited messages,” commented Ghazal, now CEO and Chairman of Your Holiday Promotion. “I kept thinking ‘If only there were an unintrusive way to reach interested buyers.’ Well, now there is. Whether they’re holiday home owners, tour operators, restaurateurs, accommodation providers or travel agents, as little as US$10 a month buys them a means to put information directly in front of travelers searching for interesting deals all around the world.
However, as a launch special and no-commitment opportunity to test the service, Your Holiday Promotion is offering regular listings to merchants at no fee until September 30, 2012, and homepage listings at no cost until July 31, 2012.

Already having worked with Ghazal and his team for many years, the WHL Group jumped at the idea of assisting small local suppliers, an ethic in keeping with everything the WHL Group does, and adding a new channel to market for them.
